Festival Headliner · Live Music & Musicality Seminar

Sonder Tango Orchestra will bring the unmistakable energy of live Tango music to Alma’s dance floor, forming one of the central experiences of the festival.

The orchestra’s directors will also lead a special musicality seminar using live bandoneon and violin demonstrations to explore rhythm, melody, phrasing and orchestral texture.

Letitia Simone and Andrés Sosa are the organisers of Alma de Tango Festival London and internationally recognised Argentine Tango artists, teachers and performers.

With more than two decades of experience, they have performed and worked with major international Tango festivals, companies and productions in Buenos Aires and around the world, building a reputation for authenticity, musicality, elegance and emotional depth.

Through Tango en el Alma, they have created classes, milongas, retreats and international events that have welcomed thousands of dancers. Their work is guided by a commitment to honouring the culture of Tango while presenting it with warmth, beauty and relevance for today’s dancers.

Patrycja & Jakub Grzybek

Los Polacos · Performing at Alma 2026

Patrycja and Jakub Grzybek—widely known as “Los Polacos”—are among the most recognisable European Tango couples on the international stage.

Two-time semi-finalists of the Mundial de Tango in Buenos Aires in the Tango Pista category, they have also worked as choreographers for Dancing with the Stars and performed by invitation at many of Buenos Aires’ most iconic milongas.

Their artistry has taken them from New York to Singapore and to major festivals including Tango2Istanbul. They are also the creators of the Recuerdo Tango Festival in Warsaw, one of Europe’s leading Tango gatherings.
