The Second Edition

A festival built around learning, atmosphere and connection

Alma de Tango Festival returns for its second edition with a bold vision: to make London a true meeting point for Argentine tango lovers from around the world.

The festival brings together celebrated Argentine maestros, live music, international DJs, beautiful milongas and a new riverside venue — creating a weekend of learning, connection, culture and unforgettable nights.

What Makes Alma Different

The spirit of Buenos Aires, brought to London

Alma was created to bring the highest quality Argentine tango artists to London for an international festival experience — with the depth, culture and social spirit that make tango much more than dance steps.

We celebrate maestros with profound experience and extensive careers, while also giving space to powerful voices from the new generation of Argentine tango. The result is a line-up rooted in history, alive in the present, and different from the repeated festival circuits dancers often see elsewhere.

Yes, Alma welcomes artists known on the international stage — but we also bring couples and musicians you may otherwise only experience by travelling to Argentina. This is the beginning of a new London hotspot for tango lovers worldwide.
